Data via e-mail

If you contact Thoth Adan via e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent.

 

Collection and use of data for contract processing and opening a customer account

Thoth Adan collects personal information (name, address, e-mail address, credit card information) when you voluntarily provide it to Thoth Adan as part of your order, when contacting Thoth Adan (for example, by contact form or e-mail) or when opening a customer account. Thoth Adan uses the data provided by you to process your inquiries and orders. After the completion of your order or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention period (7 years), unless you have expressively consented to a further use of your data. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by either contacting Thoth Adan directly or via a designated function in the customer account. If a shopping process is abandoned, the provided data will not be stored.

 

Data transfer for fulfillment of the contract

In order to fulfill the contract and therefore your inquiry, Thoth Adan will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. In order to process payments, Thoth Adan will pass on the necessary payment data to the credit institution or payment service provider that was selected by you during the ordering process. In order to fulfill the tax obligations, Thoth Adan will pass on necessary information to his tax adviser.
