  • Yes, Thoth offers art commissions. While Thoth no longer creates graphic or illustration work, he is available for custom art projects. If you have an idea or a specific request, please contact Thoth with details about your vision, and you will receive further information on costs and a timeline for completion.

  • Custom framing is not available at this time. However, most original pieces and all giclée prints follow standard measurements, making it easy to find suitable frames.

  • If you’re interested in an artwork featured on Thoth’s Instagram, simply contact him at office(at)thoth-adan.com or via the contact form on this site. You will receive further information about the artwork or available print options.

  • Thoth offers free worldwide shipping via Austrian Post or DHL (German Post). Please be aware that shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to additional import or customs charges upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are the customer‘s responsibility.

  • Orders are shipped once a week and processed chronologically. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number. International shipping times can range from 5 to 30 days.

  • All original artwork and small prints are delivered flat in a reinforced cardboard envelope. Giclée prints are sent in a sturdy cardboard tube unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • Thoth-adan.com accepts all major credit cards via PayPal or Stripe. PayPal allows payments by wire transfer or credit card. Stripe processes all major credit cards and ApplePay directly during checkout.

  • Yes, all connections to this site are SSL-encrypted, and your payment details are securely processed through Squarespace’s payment gateway, using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

  • If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout, immediately after leaving the cart page.

  • Value Added Tax (VAT) according to Austrian law is included in the price when applicable. Final product prices in the shop are the same for all customers, regardless of location. Prices for non-EU customers are the same as for EU customers, but the invoice will not show VAT separately.

  • Thoth hopes you will be happy with your purchase! However, if you need to return a product, you may do so within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please read the return policy carefully and contact Thoth before sending back any items.
